Benefits Specialist

GRB has openings on its benefits administration team for Federal employee HR/benefits specialists. Applicants should have a minimum of 3+ years of current experience in preparing and processing Federal retirements and counseling Federal employees on CSRS/FERS, FEHB, FEGLI, and TSP benefits. Position includes both providing services on-site at Federal agencies in the Washington, DC area and at GRB's Alexandria, VA office.

Benefits Instructor

GRB has openings on its training team for Federal employee HR/benefits instructors. Applicants should have a minimum of 3+ years of current experience in processing forms and counseling Federal employees on CSRS/FERS, FEHB, FEGLI, and TSP benefits. Experience in conducting benefit seminars is highly desirable. Applicants should recognize frequent travel may be involved.

.NET Software Developer

GRB has openings on the software development team for .NET software developers to assist in the development, support, break/fix, and enhancements to multiple applications in an enterprise environment: Software is produced in the form of Software-as-a-Service. The selected candidate will perform design, configuration and testing. Because of the nature of the job duties, this resource must have excellent client facing and communications abilities. Specific knowledge and experience should include: Microsoft Visual Studio; Configuration of the .NET Development environment; programming in either VB.NET or C#.NET (having both would be a plus); ASP.NET (and event model); Microsoft SQL Server/Oracle call syntax, stored procedures; interface design, HTML, XML, JavaScript a plus. Requirements: U.S. Citizen BS/MS, Degree in Computer Science, Minimum 3 years experience (Can be college course work), Object Oriented Programming Work with .NET Framework 2.0+, Firm understanding of technologies: VB.NET/C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, XML Familiar with SQL based relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.

IT System Administrator

GRB has an opening on the IT team for a Systems Administrator to configure, monitor, and maintain our corporate networks, systems and software. In addition, they will provide remote and on-site help desk support for GRB employees and clients using GRB produced software. Candidates will be required to follow standard operating procedures and assist in refining these procedures when needed. Outstanding communication skills, written and oral, are required. This job requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Candidates will be required to follow standard operating procedures as well as help write and refine these procedures. Specific knowledge and experience should include: Installation and configuration of Windows Servers, Windows Desktops; configuration of IP based networks/equipment; installation and configuration of software packages; IT security as it relates to all the above. BS Degree in Information Technology (or similar) and U.S. Citizenship are required.
