Overview

GRB Assist is Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) product and delivered on a subscription basis. Total pricing is based on quantity and types of users as well as hosting model selected.

Hosting Models

GRB Hosted: Hosting fee includes all hardware, bandwidth, administration of application, updates/patches, and unlimited technical support and software usage support (9am-5pm EST, M-F) during the subscription period. GRB meets and exceeds all Federal security requirements outlined by the Federal Information Security Management Act of 2002 (FISMA) and implements the standards set forth by NIST in it's Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) publications, and the NIST Special Publications SP-800-series. Other than the hosting fee, the customer incurs a zero cost of administration. GRB can offer a low cost of hosting through economies of scale and pass the savings on to the end customers.

Agency Hosted: Support fee includes remote support of installation and configuration, delivery of all updates/patches, and unlimited technical support and software usage support (9am-5pm EST, M-F) during the subscription period.
