Assist Desktop License Information

The purchase of a SITE license includes one (1) SEAT.

Additional SEATS can be purchased for use at the same SITE

Additional SEATS maybe purchased at a later date.

A SITE is defined to mean a geographic location with a radius of no more than
five (5) miles. Examples of a SITE would include a single building, single
office complex, and a military base.

A SEAT is defined to mean a licensed copy (instance) of the software product
installed on a single computer.
Assist Desktop Upgrade Information

GRB will release a new release of GRB Assist annually.
-
Cost of the new release will be determined annually based on the modifications
and enhancements made to the software.

Existing license holders of Assist 2007 or 2006 can UPGRADE to a new release.
